Elemento Health offers evidence based and personalized 1:1 virtual nutrition care with a bilingual registered dietitian. Our approach goes beyond standard nutrition plans; we integrate your heritage into your health journey. Our personalized nutrition strategies are carefully designed to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of the Hispanic community. We acknowledge that food is more than just nutrients – it's an expression of culture, family, and memories. Our customized plans are attentive to your unique dietary needs while honoring the flavors and ingredients that are central to your cultural identity. 

 

We are in network with most major insurances and also offer affordable packages for those without insurance or who wish  to not use insurance. When out of network we will provide you with a superbill. If your nutrition services are covered your insurance company will reimburse you directly. If your insurance does not cover nutrition services, Elemento Health is still happy to work with you. Your fee will be considered an out of pocket expense and can be paid using your HSA or FSA.
