Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pack of Amylu Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Meatballs

  2. 2 cups broccoli florets

  3. 1 cup shredded carrots

  4. 1 cup snap peas

  5. 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage

  6. 2 tablespoons sesame oil (divided)

  7. Trader Joe's Jasmine Rice (prepared according to package instructions)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the Amylu Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are heated through and slightly caramelized.

  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, shredded carrots, snap peas, and red cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Adjust the cooking time to your preferred level of doneness.

  4. Cook the Jasmine rice according to package instructions and divide the cooked Trader Joe's Jasmine Rice onto serving plates. Top the rice the teriyaki pineapple chicken meatballs and stir-fried vegetables.

  5. Drizzle some teriyaki sauce, sriracha, chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
